Position Summary
This position reports to the Founder/CEO and will focus on optimizing results for marketing and business development projects. This position is focused on the CRM (customer relationship management) tool (HubSpot), marketing content creation, automated workflows, and website support. This position aims to accelerate growth and drive communication throughout the entire marketing funnel among our clients, candidates, and referral partners.
Other Responsibilities
Leads day-to-day inbound marketing, including segmentation, campaign creation, lead generation/nurturing, client retention, and other initiatives through automated workflows, research, collateral development, content creation, and execution utilizing marketing tools including HubSpot, WordPress, and others.
Accountable for contact and list management/hygiene in the HubSpot CRM and ATS (applicant tracking system) tools; database email research and look-up.
Systematically develops and oversees content creation (blogs, emails, white papers, landing pages, web pages, Google slides, etc.) to target key client segments.
Produces reports through HubSpot and other tools (Google Sheets, Google Analytics) to identify critical data/insights to make actionable recommendations.
Systematize, optimize, and beautify processes, SOPs, and marketing training.
Most importantly, this person finds meaning and fulfillment in using their skills to personally and directly help drive the growth of a small company. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
We need someone who has extensive experience in HubSpot. They should have some experience in workflow automation, troubleshooting errors, CRM integrity, and the development of marketing vehicles (email, landing pages, web pages, etc.).
3+ years of proven experience working with HubSpot leading inbound marketing efforts through marketing and sales automation platforms (maintaining database integrity, contact management, landing pages, workflows, and reporting).
3+ years’ revenue growth experience leveraging HubSpot data and Google analytics with knowledge of advanced reporting features.
Track record of B2B marketing, ideally with a background in Technology, Human Resources, and Journalism.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, values-driven startup environment.
Polished written communication skills for SEO and content marketing initiatives.
Sophisticated and technology savvy to help with robust integration, segmentation, and metrics-driven experience.

Comfortable with some website re-design (HubSpot forms, content updates, pages on Wordpress.com templates).
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Curious, creative, and innovative; Passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Skilled in working remotely, with a strong internet connection.
Adheres to High-Performance Standards based on KPIs; We leverage a modified EOS (entrepreneurial operating system) approach.
Strong proficiency in Google Drive, HubSpot, and other programs.
Other Requirements:
Exceptional mastery of the English language, both written and spoken communication.
High-speed internet, newer computer, camera, microphone.
Timely and professional email/communication etiquette.
Compensation
This position will include a three-month training and onboarding period which will be compensated at $7 USD per hour.
After that, compensation will increase to $9 USD per hour for the next nine months,
After a year of working with our company, compensation will increase to $12 USD per hour ($117K+ Philopena Peso monthly) with the potential to be even higher based on success.
We will reimburse your OFS PhilHealth and SSS self-payments on a monthly basis.
Over the next 3-5 years, this individual has the opportunity to progress in their career and take on more responsibilities, with higher compensation ranging from $30,000 USD ($1.7M Philopena Peso) to $40,000 USD ($2.25M Philopena Peso) annually,
