Associate AI Linguist Designer

About Role
As an Associate AI Linguist Designer at eSuccess AI Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of AI-powered products and solutions. The primary goal of this role is to enable business users across various domains to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs from Large Language Model(s). This position involves a deep understanding of both AI technology and the unique linguistic characteristics of different business sectors. 

Educational Qualification 

• Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics from a reputed Institute/University 

Skills 

• Strong interest in AI, its application in products and natural language processing (NLP). 

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new languages and terminologies. 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. 

• Proven capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

• Prior experience with large language models is a plus, but not mandatory. 

Personal Traits 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills  

• Attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Good attitude, aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision  

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders. 

Performing Arts 

• Any of Musical Instrument / Drama and Theatre / Public debate / Writing / Singing / Comedy for effective interdisciplinary collaboration 

1. Deeply immerse in and learn the specific language, jargon, and communication styles of various domains such as finance, healthcare, technology, legal, and more. 

2. Analyze and comprehend the unique linguistic nuances of each domain to effectively rephrase queries and inputs for Large Language Model(s). 

3. Work closely with AI developers to incorporate domain-specific linguistic insights into the model, enhancing its ability to understand and generate relevant responses. 

4. Continuously evaluate and improve the language model's performance by assessing output quality and implementing necessary linguistic adjustments. 

5. Collaborate with domain experts to ensure accurate and effective domain language understanding and usage. 

6. Develop guidelines and best practices for business users to optimize their interactions with the language model. 

7. Conduct training sessions for users, focusing on how to effectively communicate with the AI system in their domain-specific language. 

8. Document progress and findings and provide regular feedback to the AI development team for continuous improvement of the language model.
