Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at General Motors. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our company’s data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that will drive strategic business decisions

- Work closely with various departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and provide support throughout the entire project lifecycle

- Provide recommendations and insights to senior management based on your analysis and findings

- Mentor and guide junior business analysts to develop their skills and support their growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry

- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel

- Experience in conducting market research and financial analysis

- Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex problems

- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work well in a team environment
