Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools is a plus
Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field is advantageous
Responsibilities
Identify and Engage Potential Partners: Proactively seek out and connect with businesses, organizations, and professionals who could benefit from our free recruitment tools.
Present and Demonstrate Tools: Effectively communicate the value and advantages of our recruitment tools through virtual meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of how to maximize the benefits of our tools.
Achieve and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and surpass individual recruitment goals, earning $200 for each successfully onboarded partner with no cap on earnings.
Provide Exceptional Support: Offer continuous support and assistance to partners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about using our tools.
Report and Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and recruitment activities, providing regular updates on progress and achievements.
