• Proven experience as a copywriter in the HR industry

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Experience with SEO

• Can write 8-15 articles per month (approx. 1,000-2,000 word count per article)

• An understanding of people analytics and psychometrics

• BSc/BA in marketing, English, journalism or related field

• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice

• Adhere to deadlines and deliver content on time

• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements

• Conduct high-quality research and interviews

• Edit and proofread copy as needed
