People Analytics Intern

We are looking for a graduate student or recent graduate to join our team working directly for our Head of People Analytics. Your primary objective will be to support the development and optimisation of our selection, performance, engagement and other talent management tools. Above all, you should be curious about embedding the science of organisational psychology into a technology platform built for HR professionals and business leaders.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyse data to improve our psychometric assessments, performance reviews, engagement surveys and other products

• Support on test development and validation efforts for our catalogue of 50+ assessments

• Contribute to the creation of new products and features as we build out our people analytics platform

• Conduct literature reviews to ensure we are aware of and applying the latest research in organisational psychology

• Produce and review content to better market our products, including assisting in writing white papers and blogs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• SPSS required, Python preferred

• Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program or recent graduate in the areas of Industrial-Organisational, Occupational, Work or Business Psychology, or similar field

Other Details:

• Part-time (20 hours per week)

• £13.50 per hour / £270 per week

• Fully remote

• 50%+ availability during UK business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
